Rebate promised but not received
I purchased tiles from this branch a few months ago. On purchase they promise me a rebate. Every time I contact the store they advised me that someone will be in contact with me to get my banking details and said that I have +/- R2500 rebate. To date they have not been in contact with me. Consumers must be careful of these sales tactics that this store uses. I am very disappointed. My purchase was over R35000

04 Dec 2020, 13:06I have contacted CTM today and was told by another consultant that rebates gets paid out twice a year. And they will contact me in due time. Their sales reps need to be properly trained and not trick customers into believing that their price is cheap because you will receive a rebate. Please watch out when purchasing and expecting a rebate. Enquire fully about the terms and conditions. The rep does not care cause all he wants is his commission.
