Really bad and dangerous products sold by ctm

I purchased a shower set (ctshmcce900 crystal tech ctg801) from ctm in alberton on the 26 January 2020. In this week the plumber tried to install this shower set, the frame was fine and installed but when it came to the glass with this set, the first panel went in fine and as I was carrying the door it shattered in my hand and all of a sudden the panel that was already installed shattered next to me. I called ctm today and they say that if the edge of the glass touches anything it will shatter. I said fair enough but that does not explain why the one shattered in my hand and the one next to me shattered just after. Then ctm told me to bring the other 2 in today to have all the glasses changed as I explained I don't trust this set. As carrying one of the doors another shattered in my hand, when I get to ctm I was under the impression that they will change it as it seems to be a factory fault however they wanted me to pay for the glass. This is really outrageous as I did not cause these glasses to brake and now I need to pay for new ones? It seems that ctm sells **** products and do not want to own up when they know there product was bad quality in the first place and it was on special when i purchased it. Please do not buy from ctm as they do not own up to customer product warranties.
