RCS is a nightmare

I have an account with CTM and if not mistaken it was opened in December 2018. They are debiting R180 or a little less every month. My first problem was that i wanted a 12 months account...and they did a 24 months...called and asked them to change it and it was not. The big problem i am facing at the moment is that the balance is not going down and when i check the statements the money im paying is going to services and i dont even know about them. I wish i can just settle this RCS account as its a nightmare. Im so stressed especially since we are facing this situation in the country and im not even sure what my finances will look like in the future. I need help.
