Quality over quantity

So frustated for looking for a tile which is not available entire Gauteng but other provinces is available on huge stock...Tile name Ella Grey-- I bought from Boksburg , Edenvale and Birch Acres Store - still came on two colours , so disappointed --Tried Zaffiro grey at Birch Acres , which supposenly to least match colour to Ella Grey - to myself and Birch - Acres Store manager , tiles are not "grey" but Zaffiro white - no wonder tiles are n specials---or perhaps tiles were dumped at Birch Acres/Tembisa Store and reduce price - unfortunately stock is in huge numbers --questiong to CTM - Why allow manufacture flaws be distributed to stores....Are you selling quatity in name of quality ... Are you proud of the inconvienence caused to clients...I have to halt with my renovation because of tiles shortage or wrong batch number distributed to townships....disgusted !!!!!
