Prma Bella Inferior and Dangerous Products

I refer to my post on 25 November 2015. Thank you for your response this morning which is approx 2 months later than my post. In any event i understand your reply quit clearly but my question is \Why does CTM supply products that are both inferior and dangerous that they can cause bodily harm when they fail for what ever reason? I've heard of shower trays cracking but not disintegrating the way this one has. Surely a quality and safety check should be done on all products before they are distributed to end users. One must understand that Prima Bella has already replaced this tray in the past. I look forward to your response."
