POOR! THIRD PARTY CONTRACTORS!

This review is not directed at CTM per say but at a service provider you use. A few months ago I bought tiles at CTM and used an installer from CTM at almost Double the price of other contractors. During the install the owner, boss, supervisor or what ever he is was never on site doing inspection and the installers seemed to me to be making nonsense (incorrect cementing techniques and viscosity of cement). But I left it initially. Then I saw an issue (incorrect tile layout) where in my opinion they had done it incorrectly (and done correctly in another location) and as such waisted my tiles and made it look extremely poor. But was shown ignorance and was eventually left. Then at completion was presented with a rather dirty house with cement all over the walls and a very large number of hollow tiles and poorly done grouting. Yet the Boss did not come out after multiple times trying to get him out to site. Then I got hold of his partner and she was on par with what I expected to see from a "boss" and attended to the issues very quickly, but at my cost as more tiles had to be used unnecessarily. It is now a few months later and more and more tiles are beginning to sound hollow, thus going to cost me even more money!!!! I spent a lot of money through CTM and am very very unhappy with what I have received and can not afford this! Who must reimburse me as compensation to do the work over? I don't think that will even happen!
