POOR SERVICE WORCESTER CTM

I have a complaint and nor the branch manager or the owner of ctm worcester branch were able to solve my problem and this after they admit on recording that they made a mistake. I feel that they didn't help me and therefore made contact with their head office, via email and telefonically their never answerd me. I paid nearly R13000 for the tiles the transport is R1500 and not to mentioned the labour of the tiler. I need CTM Worcester Branch to give my outstanding Tiles and refund me on all losses.
