Poor service delivery and misleading customer - CTM Montana.

I have bought tiles for cash at CTM Montana and paid for delivery which I was promised they will be delivered today. After continously following up there was no delivery made.

This is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of the store as my contractor are awaiting the material on site and I must pay for the standing time.

I want these delivered first thing in the morning. The sales representative was Patricia Nthite who even refused to give me a discount.
