Poor service delivery

We purchased +/-R70 000 and now we are being given the run around with regards to the delivery of the goods that we had purchased. The original agreement is that the goods would be delivered on 01/11/2019 which they have failed to do and didn’t even have the courtesy to notify us of challenges that they were having. We sat on site the entire day waiting for the truck with no avail. They called and **** again to say that they came on Saturday to deliver without making arrangements. An arrangement was made for the delivery to be made on Monday morning but by midday there was still no delivery made. When the drive had eventually arrived he had a terrible attitude and still didn’t have the complete order as promised. On the second load which came with a different drive was still outstanding and the drive had the nerve to tell us that whatever mistakes had occurred with the first load were not his concern and he wants nothing to do with it. When we went to the store in Prospecton to complain we were told that the outstanding items would be delivered on 05/11/2019 early in the morning which did not materialize. We had to come back to the store and ask why it hasn’t been delivered.
