Poor service delivery

I bought tike in Gezina on the 26 November 2021. I did not have transportation and I arranged to collect them at the later stage. In January 2022 I got a call from the store asking if I'm still busy with construction, of which I was, I wanted to collect them in March and I was told that they were collected already. I ask logistics around that and Ben said he will do follow up and contact me. When ever I call I'm told he is not available. I'm still waiting for his call.
