Poor service CTM Centurion

What poor service I got from CTM today. ... I am busy with a new kitchen and ordered online to be collected at Gezina Branch by 10am, as their online site says that everything I ordered is in stock. To my surprise after receiving my payment I am contacted by a very pleasant man called Mpho Mabena who deals with the online orders and tells me that the only branch that has what I ordered is Centurion. So I have the tiler at my house waiting and now I also have to drive out my petrol....which is not cheap all the way to Centurion where they are waiting with my order. It is now 12:20pm and the person picking up my stock is still standing there.

Your online orders are poor and not up to scratch as well as the staff at your Centurion branch. The only pleasant encounter was Mpho. I will not make use of CTM again.
