Poor service

We bought new sanitary ware from CTM Tokai and found that the toilet cistern is faulty. We have twice been back to the store and been asked to leave our details and their plumber will come and check and fix/replace as needed. But nothing. It seems they don't care. They've made their money and will not make any more from providing after sales care so why bother!
