Poor service

<p>I have complained on the Online CTM website 24/07/2017 and as yet I have not received a response. I have pictures and a sample of the tile I bought and what I received was completely differently. The Tile was exposed by a circle and it would have been difficult to determine whether the tile I picked up was correct on not. When I got home after the tile was put on only then did I know that it was the wrong tile that was given to me. </p>
