Poor service

I have bought a bottle trap from CTM over a period sealing rubber perish start leaking when went back to purchase spares i was told they don't keep spares how absurd i had to purchase a whole new trap to resolve small problem i seriously would not recommend buying any taps or traps from CTM as they don't have aftermarket backup
