Poor quality, poor service CTN nelspruit

Tiles are chipping and breaking easily. I have went back to the nelspruit branch, the consultant went to talk to the manager, but manager never came out to talk to us.. The consultant cealu asked for the photos and said that he was going to log a complaint that was on the 21st of October, today is the 28th a week later and not even a Ref number or a call from him since. Every day we find something wrong. The tiles are suppose to be a grade tiles we paid R159 a Sqm spent close to R17000 but Ctm don't care as long as they get your money.. The tiles are in for less than a month and it looks like we had it for a long time.. It is evn losing the shine and has these patches that look like the tiles has a Matt finish
