Poor Product Quality

I recently bought tiles from CTM waterfall and the quality of the product was really bad, initially I was told they delivered mismatching shade numbers. The incorrect shade numbers were replaced, even after the replacement, I am now getting size mismatch from the same boxes, some tiles are 345 and 350, and they response has really not been supportive.
