Poor after sales

I ordered tiles and grout etc. on Sunday, 26.11.2023 and took delivery the next day but noted that there was 1 x bag of grout short on my order. I informed the driver and he assured me he would bring it during the week and in good faith i took his word for it. Henever came back.

I called the store on 2 x occasions ( Wed & Thur) regarding this, spoke to different people would follow up and come back to me but nothing materialised. I emailed the store the next day and i am still waiting on a response. I doubt i will ever hear from them again regarding this.

No after sales service and not even an apology for their terrible / non-existant redress! Shocking...
