Please take ownership of your own defects

<p>A few weeks ago I bought 16 x 20kgs Pro Grip tile adhesive bags from CTM. When bags were loaded in the boot of my car I remember pointing to some small holes in many of bags and telling the staff member that the bags are not very well sealed. Looking back I should have more of a fuss. Anyway after my tiling was done I was left with 2 unused bags. I took the 2 unused bags back to CTM requesting a refund. I was then informed by Thabisa the store manager that CTM cannot accept bags with small holes in them. I told Thabisa that I am bringing the bags back in exactly the same condition as I received them. I even told Thabisa what I told the staff member loading the bags into my car the day I bought them. But Thabisa just brushed this off. Then Thabisa made a mistake. He took me to the "defect pile". But this backfired on him as I was quick to point out that the holes in the "defect pile" was consistent the holes in the bags that I am returning. But once again Thabisa just brushed this off. So please CTM take responsibility for the little holes in your bags. And do not blame customers for your bad quality bags. I still want my refund!!</p>
