Placed an order with CTM Montana

Placed an order with CTM Montana. They indicated that it will be delivered by 2pm the same day. I waited until 4pm after I had to phone twice to find out of they are still on their way. Today they said they will be there early as they have 1 delivery then mine. Yet again the wait starts all over. No courtesy call, nothing.
