Payment for returned goods not received after extended time

<p>I'm still waiting for money for returned goods to come into my account, after having returned the goods to CTM (North Gate - Western Cape). I returned the goods over 2 weeks ago, about the 16th September.</p> <p><br />I took cognaissance of the fact that there will be a delay. However, I relooked at the receipt that the young lady gave me that day, and upon close examination, I see the masked number has an incorrect digit in the card number to which the money was transferred.</p> <p>I promptly called them up, upon which she said this matter is currently with the creditors. This took place about 4 business days ago.
