Pathetic service FROM THE LADY BY THE NAME OF PALESA

Good day

My name is Sbongile on Monday the 02 April 2018 I went to CTM to collect my card when I got there I was told that the fones are not working infact the lady was less interested she was not willing to assist me as she was busy with her cellphone and I was the one who was keeping on asking her whats next she only told me that Maam you can go to any CTM and I told her that this is the nearest store for me.The following day I called the Head Office and I was told that they should have use the cell phone to verify the card and give the card to me,so I wasted my time and got the attitude that I do not deserve,that was pathetic service.
