Pathetic service from CTM Menlyn

So disappointing. We visited CTM Menlyn on Monday, looking for tiles for our deck. We fell in love with one tile. Today I called asking if my husband can come pick up a sample so that we can match it with our brick and wooden window frames, the lady on the phone assured me that it's no problem at all. Now my husband is on his way with no tile in his car, because according to the useless salesperson they don't give that size tile as a sample. So why in the world will that not be mentioned by that lady on the phone and then secondly the useless salepersob that couldn't care less if we take our business elsewhere. Such wonderful ambassador for your company!!! Pathetic!!
