Pathetic service.

Really bad service at Polokwane CTM. I ask for a 1200 shower. Lady makes a mistake and give me the 1020 shower. Got home and try to fit it. Realize that they gave me the wrong one. Took it back for exchange which should be simple. They refuse exchange because the box have been opened. The more I explain that it was their fault the more they refused to exchange. So i am left with a shower that I cannot use and had to go buy another one somewhere else. Will obviously never buy ar CTM again with that kinda return policy.
