PATHETIC SERVICE! BLASE' STAFF!

If you looking for no care attitude and blase approach from staff, Wilropark CTM is the place to go! I was looking to purchase a bath for my new home and all was fare and well. I had checked a number of places already but chose CTM as it was literally down the road from where I reside. At check out the lady behind the desk had a bad attitude the minute I approached her, I took it as if she was tired, we all work. She then proceeded with the completion of the sale and told me they would charge me R380 to deliver the bath. I politely made a comment saying that was quite expensive especially for the fact I stay literally not even 2 km from CTM. She made a sny remark saying "Why don't you then hire a trailer if its such a problem and not negotiate" And gave a snobby look. Excuse me??????? Clearly they don't care about my business, regardless of it being a measly bath that was totally uncalled for and EXTREMELY unprofessional! Not to mention day light *******! Clearly customer service is NOTHING to CTM employees. Well guess what, I simply went and bought my new bath from Builders Warehouse 20 km away at Hillfox and they charging me R300 on delivery!!!! CTM employees need to start working on their customer service and efficiency and not give such snotty attitude! Maybe then I would have spent R80 more. Customer service goes a long way. Appalled by how I was dealt with.
