Pathetic service.

Struggling to get the tiles required from the CTM Montana branch for more than 2 weeks now. I had to pay a delivery fee in the region of R650 for the tiles that I need to be order from the CTM East Rand branch. I was told that the driver only drives on Fridays to collect from other branches. Was dealing with David from the Montana branch and after following up he promised that I would get the required tiles that was paid in advance before or on the promised date. One week later there is still no sign of the tiles or any feedback from their end. Absolutely pathetic service. Will never do business with CTM again. They will gladly take your money but the after sales service is non existing.
