PATHETIC + DISGUSTING + *********** = CTM

CTM Northriding harbors the most *********** management EVER! I bought this one specific kind of tile which only CTM offers (well to my knowledge) I'm not the type to run all over looking for cheaper prices. It means the same thing to just go down the road and choose what you want. Anyway they sold me tiles that was different sizes. When I took it back, BONKHOZI and ZANELE where measuring the tiles and making comments about the condition of the tiles like they are TILING MY F*****G HOUSE, I took back 22 tiles but they replaced only 13 tiles (1 box) leaving me with the dilemma of trying to make a plan with the 3mm bigger tiles. I had to use those tiles as skirtings. So from what I see, CTM hires tile experts who can make decisions by just looking at tiles. They got no listening or understand skills. They just ridiculous. I rather go buy tiles from the road side than ever support CTM ever again!
