Outstanding Service

I bought some tile grout from this store. Unfortunately, after laying the tiles, I discovered that I had purchased the wrong colour grout. I returned to the store and, although it was well past their exchange period, they willingly swapped the grout for the correct colour. Big kudos the staff at CTM Richmond Park. Unfortunately I did not get the name of the staff members who assisted me. Tony Armstrong
