outstanding CTM employee (Kaylum)

i was last week at CTM watergate and I had a pleasant experience with one employee in particular (Kaylum)...went out of his way to check for tiles and did a followup on tiles I saw outside the shop (marked downs) the shop is neat and well maintained.
