Online platform is extremely unfriendly

I am extremely disappointed and upset by ctm online service, i have made 2 purchases online in the last 2weeks for collection but every time I had to go and collect there was an issue with allocating the payment. it is extremely frustrating that it is my job to get a proof of payment for an online purchase. the first order on *** I waited and had to send pop and today I done another order today with order number 859464ZYS and again they cannot find anything, why then give me an option to do everything online but you cannot find any purchases, this is time consuming. I will not purchase from CTM again
