Oncall CTM - Biggest **** ever.

Please do yourself a favour and do NOT waste your time and MONEY on this pathetic service.

1) The "certified plumber" could not stop my basin pipes from leaking. I now have a wet (NEW) cupboard which is starting to grow mould. 2) The shower fixtures were incorrectly fitted. Its been leaking into my wall and has resulted in the plaster bubbling and bursting. Oncall refuses to take any responsibility for the above as its outside of their "1 year warrantee". 3) Their tiler did not use a leveller and as a result - My shower panels do not sit flush and water seeps out onto the tiles and cupboards.

This is total BS given the fact that they charged me R6,000 for plumbing which every other plumber quoted me R2,500 for. I went with Oncall because I DIDNT want my renovation to be a giant stuff up. But it turned out to be a giant EXPENSIVE stuff up. Why is it a certified plumber can only guarantee his work for a year? Plumbing and tiling should last way longer when done "professionally".

I am ****ed off and so upset that I settled and trusted a big name whom made big promises and failed deliver.

DO NOT go with OnCall. Its the biggest **** ever.
