No Service From CTM

We purchased a folding screen shower door which fits along your bath during our renovations in Oct 2020 - The item has a guarantee of 2 years on the moving parts. The folding door hinges have snapped off. In October this year I visited the CTM store in Weltevredenpark where it was purchased to enquire about replacement and guarantee, the store clerk advised that the manager was not available and they took down all my details. I was promised a call - nothing. I went back to the store a week later - another clerk found the info on their system confirming the date of purchase etc. and would enquire with the head office on the guarantee, someone was going to call me, but still nothing. I have paid a 3rd visit to the store and still, no one is able to assist - This is shocking service. We are unable to use the bath/shower in the bathroom as the water spills all over the floor and I am still waiting for a representative from CTM to advise on the replacement.
