No refund

I'm so disappointed with the service I received from ctm. I bought some items online on the 13th of July and one of the items I purchased wasn't available Mpho Mabena called me back and recommended I chop another item which was of a lesser price then I was due for a refund from that price difference, till today I have not received any refund, called their offices about three times already first time they said they will call me back, second time him Mpho said he will check and return to me, the third call I was informed the same. Online shopping is convinient but such an experience demotivate you because you have to use your airtime to follow up on something they don't give a damn about, they not even lifting a finger to attempt sorting it out. Have been very patient about this but these guys have really tested my patience long enough.
