NO ASSISTANCE FROM CTM FOR 4 TO 5 YEARS
Such a disappointment, we have been reporting our issues to CTM for 4 to 5 years and the beginning of this year we reported it again to CTM and they advised someone will come out and up until today no one has come out for inspection to assist with our issues regarding bathroom set and the taps. The taps needs to be overturned to close and the bath tub, toilet and basins colour has been fading and seems like burnt spots on it.
