****** my CTM Pietermaritzburg for a purchase i made

I purchased a toilet set from CTM on the 21 May 2024. I however did not fetch the itemon the same day as i got busy with other work. This past saturday 13 July i went to the CTM store in Pietermaritzburg to fetch the set. I misplaced my receipt and explained to the manager of the store. He did pull out the record of the system and confirmed that the purchase was made by me. The dispatch however said that the tolet set was issued out. Which baffled me. So i asked to view the dispatch receipt that was to confirm it was my signature name and mobile number on it. Manager refused and said i am" stepping over the line" for asking for proof of dispatch receipt. After a frustarting and exhausting conversation, i gave up and went accross the road to Tile Africa and purchased a toilet set.

So issue now is that CTM owes me R900 refund, fuel for driving back to my home which is over 40 kilometers away, and CTM issues me an apology stating they were wrong in the manner this was handled it.
