Missing tiles

I ordered tiles to be delivered from George to PE through a product expert at Ctm head office.

I paid the delivery fee and the amount for the tiles . I waited at home the entire day on the supposed delivery date 11/12/19. I then called the consultant to ask what time they will be arriving, only to hear that on her side they had already been delivered on the 03/12/19. I have received nothing.,She could not tell me where they were delivered to or who took them. I was then told she will call me back 4 times. She did not, each time I called back she said she would return my call. I called again this am only to be told that she is on leave. I am beyond upset.
