Manager never available
I am extremely disappointed with the service at CTM Klerksdorp. I have called the store multiple times requesting to speak to the manager, yet every single time I am told he is “too busy” to take my call. Not once has he returned my call, despite numerous messages.
This level of service is unacceptable for a company of CTM’s size. Customers deserve basic courtesy and feedback, especially after making repeated attempts.
