Linda from Protea Glen CTM put his friend's details on the slip of the purchase I made to boost their sales, my details dont appear on the slip of the purchase I made.

on the 26th of March 2024, I bought goods at CTM protea glen amounting to FIVE THOUSANDSEVEN HUNDRED AND SOMETHING RANDS. I went to go buy with guy named Joshua who was going to install the tiles for at my house. Joshua normally sits or is mostly found at the CTM, looking for customers to install tiles for and he once installed tiles for me, so in March, it was his 2nd time working for me.

The tiles were installed and 6 bags of Pro Grip super bond porcelain tile adhesive were returned to the store. I had misplaced the slip as the house was upside down due ongoing renovations. when I got to the CTM store I explained about the slip and they requested for my cell phone number and Name so that they can print out the slip for me, to my surprise the system could not pick up my name and cell number, only because the Lady by the name of Linda who whom processed the goods on the system used the name and cell number of Joshua, as if he's the one that bought the goods. now it's as if this Joshua guy paid for the goods.

They slip could only be picked up when they used joshua's name and cell number and that infuriated me so much. I am still asking myself why wold Linda do this on my sale, why would i buy and pay goods but she manipulates the system for the sale or purchase to appear under his friend Joshua name. I demand answers and an explanation. I thought CTM protea glen knew about TCF (Treating Customers Fairly). My slip has misleading information, it has joshua's name and contact details on it, I was just a payer.

I'm so dissapointed, I'm even asking myself, if Ctm's Linda could do this to what else has she manupulated in order to up her sales and joshua's at my expense? was I billed correctly? she learly works with Joahua. why were so many Tile adhesives left? did Linda intentionally make me pay unnecessarily for more material so I up their sales, only for so many bags to be left and retuned? I have so many questions? I feel cheated and used with my own money, only for the benefit of Linda and his friend Joshua.

I feel betrayed and played and can't trust on Ctm anymore. when we walk in at the store, do they even advise us in an honest/sincere manner on different products they sell, or do they advise customers for their own benefit to push sales?

when I returned the bags, Linda was off work, the other short lady at the store made me sign the voucher for returning the goods, but the voucher had Joshua's name and cell phone number details on it, not mine and I'm the one who made a purchase. that short lady whom I forgot her name said She's doing that for audit purposes, I teared up tat voucher after realizing it also has Joshua's name and cell number on it and not mine.

The short lady was more worried about covering their track as a store than me being deceived, she still wanted me to sign the voucher with Joshua's details and not mine and I'm the one who bought and paid.

No one even cared to explain, admit or apologize for Linda's wrong doing. I asked for my refund of the 6 bags to be paid in cash and not be reversed to my bank account as it would take longer and I needed to use the money ASAP, they promised to call me when they have cash, but to this day I still haven't been called by CTM protea glen, I'm the one who made a follow up call on Wednesday 3rd April 2024, they told me they don't have money.
