Lies lies and more LIES

Beware of using the "convenience" of ctm online platform you will be very very sorry for thinking that people with actual brain cells works there They lie and lie and lie oh my soul the amount of lies that the online store comes up with is really pathetic and disgusting but I guess that's ok for ctm since they really don't give a damn about customer services! I was renovating my house I seen a tile on the online store I purchased it and what came delivered something completely different the colour was in no way correct I complained the next day to the call centre and they told me "that color does not exist it was a camera setting that altered the colour of the subway tile" after giving me no help I had to stick with the tiles I had so ctm basically forced me to use the tiles that had already been delivered A few days later BAM I find the exact same tile I was looking for hanging on the walls of the builders warehouse display wall So what lies do you train staff to tell it's disgusting man absolutely disgusting not as disgusting as your prices for poor quality products but really dishonest people in management positions lies also. I spent over 50k at ctm during my renovations and trust me I will NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ****S AGAIN!!!!!! Everyone I contract with I advise long in advance to seek other businesses ones that can be trusted and I often relive this horror story from my experience at ctm. CTM LEARN NOT TO DUPE YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS STOP LYING AND PRETENDING TO BE A ACTUAL BUSINESS WHEN YOUR COMPANY IS JUST A GET RICH ****!!!!!
