Lies and more Lies

I bought tiles from CTM Menlyn and when i opened the boxes of tiles at home all the tiles had defects on them.( Not cheap tiles 320/sqm) i Phoned the branch on Monday morning and they said that they will exchange the tiles the Monday afternoon. I took a half days leave to receive the tiles and inspect them. Nobody pitch and no Phone call. I stayed home Tuesday morning and still nothing happened and i left as i was working away from home. When my wife phoned the afternoon they said that they are closed due to covid and will only be able to deliver a week later, keeping in mind i had tilers which i now had to pay for two days already. Wednesday i phoned and asked if they where open and if they will be able to deliver if i buy the tiles that morning. They gave me the insurance that they can do it no problem. ( they where not closed as they told my wife). I then asked then to speak to the Branch Manager but she was not able to take my call. I made three more calls to the branch and left messages for her to call me back. Then i phoned customer care and the lady ensured that she will get Sindi to phone me. The next moment a driver phones me and said that he is delivering it we must make sure that someone is home, i told him its only my Daughter and she cant inspect the tiles. Needless to say he just whent ahead and delivered. Sindi has not retured any of my call even after customer care asked her to, it has been 4 Days. This is the worst service i have ever experienced and more lies that i have ever heard. I do a lot of work and renovations but CTM will never see me again . Unfortunatly these word can not describe what i want to say beacause there is no word to decsribe their attitude towards a customer. CTM Custumer you are worth less that nothing.
