Inefficiency in processing credit application

<p>I app**** for credit through CTM on Monday the 21st of Nov. I was informed by CTM Boksburg that it will take a day for the outcome. I called them to follow up and they contacted RCS and were informed application is in process. Today I went to the store to check on progress and they were asked to resend the application. I have been waiting since then. My question is takes so long to get a CTM credit application to be processed at RCS than to apply for a bond or vehicle finance. This is ridiculous. </p>
