Incorrect tiles

Purchased thousands of rands of goods from the Northgate branch in Cape Town recently. Apart from the poor service in store, they gave me the wrong tiles, not once but TWICE. Tiles were not identical in colour. On one occasion the tiler has already laid the tiles. When I looked at it I notice a significant difference in the colour of the tile, I then had to remove the tile and ask the tiler to tile the floor a second time with the correct tile. The second error. I purchased a specific type of porcelian tile LIGHT GREY in colour, after looking at the tile which has alread been placed in my bathroom walls, I notice a distinct difference in the tile colour, one is a darker shade of grey. I cannot understand how the ctm staff managed to give me the incorrect product not once , but twice. A clear indication of negligence. Money spent to do a home renovation seems to have been flushed down the drain. As a customer I assumed the sales staff provided me with the correct products and to the naked eye at the time of collection the products appeared to be correct. After distinctly asking the salesmen to make sure that the products he is giving me are indeed the correct one's , they assured me time and time again. After contacting customer services, I was instructed to send proof, which I did and was shortly contacted by the store manager, who told me come to the store for a R90 refund, for the one box of floor tiles which were not the correct colour. My question is how does R90 fix the issue. Absolutely pathetic. They run around like headless chickens in the store , they don't even focus on the customer they are busy with instead they are looking around for other sales opportunities, and in doing so fail to do their jobs properly. Would never in a million years recommend people purchase at CTM due to this terrible experience. The sad thing is we assume we are provided with the products we ask for and if they mess up and put one box a shade darker, and you give the tiler the tiles assuming all the products are indeed what you had purchased in store and he goes on doing his job, you can only notice the error too little too late. Now I have two different tones in my bathroom, definitely not what I paid for.

Store manager Xavier has contacted me regarding this issue. Waiting to hear his outcome after his investigation.
