Incorrect and faulty goods sold at Clearwater CTM

My experience of CTM Clearwater has not been good at all. I bought a shower from them, a month or two ago, which I had specifically researched as I required its exact dimensions. I carefully measured the unit in store, as I had not received much help from staff. I was very clear that I needed that exact unit. I paid and they loaded the shower, only for me to realise at home that they had loaded the wrong shower. This week I went to buy a toilet and cement from them. Thankfully they loaded the right toilet. However all 4 bags of cement I bought from them had massive lumps or were completely hardened and unusable.
