Incompetant Manager

It is dissappointing when you purchase a product and the incorrect items are given to you. Today 13/09/2020 the manager of CTM Tokai, Angelique Simmons, loaded a box of wall subways tiles in my vehicle. After arriving at home i discovered the wrong colour tiles were loaded. One would expect the manager of a store to know the correct processes. All i got was an apology. CTM should employ competant people. im am very dissatisfied.
