HORRIBLE TREATMENT AT CTM QUEENSTOWN BY ZWAI THE MANAGER
I was here at CTM Queenstown and the service I hot from a store manager by the name Zwai, whom he was nt even interested to look us in the eye and talk to or even explain to us rather, that what we wanted him to do for us was against their compony policy instead he just left us on the counter and we were helped by the other lady and the guy by the name Redkliff and both were just customer assistance people while the manager "Zwai" could not even bother if we got assisted or not, instead he continues and press his laptop while I was trying to talk to him and literally ignore me bluntly, even when I tried again to begg him for him to give me the good customer service while I was in the store to buy not ask to be given the material for free. After I told him that the service he gave me was not proper he just had an audacity of asking me "what did I want from him" As if that was his house then I went to ask for sugar. I am so dissapointed to CTM Queenstown for having such people as amanagers so that as good customers we must be treated like dogs. I always but my house tiles and staff using this CTM but after this treatment Im not sure if I will ever come back.
