Horrible Customer Service Experience

I just experienced terrible customer service from CTM Edenvale (Herman St, Meadowdale, Germiston, 1614). The consultants have absolutely no customer etiquette at all and are demeaning. I made a purchase on the 15th of February 2020 and was returning on of the items on the slip, for reasons I repeatedly explained to the consultants and comprised to be charged a handling fee of 20%. The equipment was tested in store and it is in good working condition, however the consultants refused to take it back not offering a valid reason because the equipment still works. Instead the consultants were demeaning and arrogant towards me. The consultants are Jacob, Edith and Spha. The treatment I received was horrible I will never shop at this CTM ever again nor even recommend it.
