Helpful staff in PE

I bought a tile cutter on Saturday morning. I soon realised that the item was faulty and cutting poorly. I returned the item on Sunday. I demonstrated the problem and they agreed that is was faulty. I forgot to bring my receipt with but they printed a new one for me. To my surprise the item was placed back in the box and returned to the shelve for the next customer to purchase. I received a full refund in cash.
