Great service from Josef at CTM Clearwater

I have a ten year old Tivoli tap that started leaking Took it to Randburg branch, and lady there logged a warranty repair, saying someone would call me No one called, but eventually I called and was told I must take the taps to nearest branch for replacement because they don't make parts for my taps anymore. Took them to Clearwater, and Josef helped me. I had the wrong slip (Strijdom park lady had printed wrong one). He called around to them, Westgate until we found the right slip (this is ten years ago remember), and then replaced the tap. It's rare to get the this level of service (Strijdom Park was ok, but not great - in retrospect lady just wanted to get done with me).
