For me the test of a great company/individual l is always how a they deals with a problem. In this case the manager of CTM (Tzaneen) - Werner Shultz was absolutely amazing. I bought a brand of toilet that did not work as effectively as it should of. Werner went out of his way to sort this out with daily communication as to the status of the replacement process. In less that a week a new toilet was delivered. What could have been a protracted difficult process was turned into an outcome that was most pleasant. To Werner - thank you for the truly great service.
