Great online purchase experience.

Last week I purchased some items from CTM online the evening. The next day I got a phone call from CTM to confirm my order and inform me that two items where on back order but where expected to arrive by the weekend. The would follow up with me on Friday.<br> <br> I got a follow up call on Friday as promised and confirmed that the order would be ready for collection the Saturday.<br> <br> Yesterday I collected the goods at my local CTM, Somerset West, and while the dispatch was very busy they staff where professional. friendly and helped me in no time.<br> <br> From the online purchase to the fetching of the goods I only have good things to say. Without a doubt I will continue to use CTM.
