Great customer service from CTM Waterfall
Great customer service from CTM Waterfall in facilitating with the repair of a bath mixer tap still under guarantee. Approached CTM Waterfall on Saturday (19 July) with the problem, they arranged for a technician from Tivoli to come on Monday (21 July) and the problem was resolved in 5 minutes by replacing the defect part. Thanks to Megan (from CTM) and the technician from Tivoli.
